If you wish to return your online purchase, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your online order and follow the return conditions.
Online Return Conditions:
The item must be unworn and in its original condition. All labels, tags and boxes must still be included and attached. A Completed Return Slip with approved Return Authorisation Number must be included when you return your online purchase. Any online sale, special price or reduced price items cannot be refunded, only returned for an online or instore credit note.
Online Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the item has been received. We will email you once the refund has been processed. Allow up to 7 business days for your refund to show in your account.
To obtain your Online Return Authorisation Number log into My Account on the Reads Online website and click Request Return Authorisation and follow the prompts. Cost of delivery will not be refunded; however items can be returned in store. online orders returned in store cannot be accepted without a return authorisation number.
Reads Online is not legally obligated to refund or exchange items because you change your mind and retains the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the item has not been returned in its original condition. For health reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings, lingerie, hosiery, or swimwear.
Online Sale Items
We happily accept returns for Online sale items. On return of the item, a Credit Note is issued for the product purchase price which can be used to put towards a purchase on Reads Online at a later date. Only credit notes are issued for return of sale items - no refunds. Postage is non-refundable.

Cost of postage for Online Returns
All postage costs for online returns must be covered by the customer except when the item is faulty. A refund or postage label will be issued for the cost of freight should the product be assessed as faulty.

International Online Orders
We do not offer refunds to international orders, but we do offer exchanges or credit notes. If you wish to exchange a product or get a credit note from an international order, you must still follow the above conditions and receive an RA number within 5 days of receiving your order.
