Reads Online Returns PolicyChange of mind If you change your mind about an order because the style, colour or size is unsuitable we will authorise a refund or exchange. You MUST notify us within 10 days of order and follow the return conditions. The item must be unworn, unsoiled and unused, in its original condition with all packaging, labels, tickets and tags still attached. Sale or 'special price' items CANNOT be refunded, only exchanged or credited within 10 days with the same conditions as above. To return a product you must get a return authorisation number by contacting sales@readsonline.com.au or calling +61 2 9327 8595 between 9.30am and 5pm Monday – Friday. Items returned in store will not be accepted without a return authorisation form. Reads Online is not legally obligated to refund or exchange items because you change your mind and retains the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the item has not been returned in its original condition. For health reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings, lingerie, hosiery and swimwear. Gift Certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Cost of delivery will not be refunded. For all returns please email sales@readsonline.com.au with your order and invoice number and we will email you a return authorisation form which needs to be included in the returned goods package. Faulty goods You are legally entitled to a refund if the goods are faulty or not of merchantable quality. If you return goods under these circumstances we will provide a refund or exchange if you immediately notify us and return it within 7 days from the date of order. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund at the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods or have them repaired. Reads Online is not legally obligated to refund or exchange items if we or the manufacturer believe you caused the fault or damaged the item. If we replace faulty goods we will pay the cost of delivery of the replacement goods to you. Changes of colour, size or style If you need to exchange an item for another size or colour, please return your goods with your return authorisation form. We offer one free return post back to customers for items that are to be exchanged, the customer must pay for post for any other exchanges. If a similar item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or we will refund your payment or provide a Gift Certificate to that value. Refunds to original method of payment Refunds will only be provided to your original method of payment or they can also be made in the form of a Gift Certificate to the equivalent value. Cost of delivery to you will not be refunded. Cost of postage for returns All postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer except when the item is faulty. A refund will be issued for the cost of freight should the product be assessed as faulty. Reads Online will cover the postage costs for your first exchange or replacement per order should the size or style not be suitable. Postage costs for further exchanges on the same order must be covered by the customer. Returns to Reads Online Returns should be posted to Reads Online, 130 Queen Street, Woollahra, NSW 2025 Australia. Returns to Reads of Woollahra If you do wish return the item in store you will need to bring in your return authorisation form as per Reads return conditions and must be presented instore. Your instore return will be processed and refunded within 24 hours of receipt of return to the store. items returned instore without a return austhorisation form will NOT be accepted. Items purchased online only can be returned, exchanged and refunded by post or instore Reads of Woollahra, 130 Queen Street, Woollahra NSW Australia, provided all the above conditions are met. If you wish to exchange a product or get a credit note from an interntional order you must still follow the above conditions and receive an RA number within 10 days of order.
