Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days.
For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 for any purchase to be shipped to an Australian address. Free Shipping for orders over $250.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery within Australia usually takes 3-7 working days. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed and sent that day, otherwise they will be processed the next business day. Please provide an address that is secure for a parcel to be left if no one is home, we cannot accept responsibilty for parcels once they are delivered to the provided address. International orders can expect delivery between 5 - 21 days depending on your country. International shipping

Shipping to any interntional address is a flat rate of $35 for any order under 1.5 kgs. We will assess your orders weight and if it is above 1.5 kg we will contact you and give you a quote for the additional postage. Orders are sent via regular post with a tracking number. Your parcel can take between 5 - 21 days depending on your location.

'Out of Stocks' 

 We update our sites product availability multiple times a day however in some very rare instances another customer may have selected to purchase the same item as you at the same time. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that this has occured. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
